What a week it has been! I've taken some time off from my weekly updates with our recent move, but I think it's about time to bring it back!
This last week my sister and her husband were our first guests to stay at #youonlylivelawrence and it was so good to see them!! They came up from Nashville for Shay's graduation, and all our family was able to celebrate the joyful milestone with her! We had everyone over on Sunday and I loved seeing our tiny little home so full!
Throughout the day my little brother was fighting his loose tooth, and wouldn't you believe it that as we're eating cake he lost it! It's so fun to be a part of those exciting moments with him since I'm not at home to experience many of them.
It was Friday the 13th last week, and I soaked it up with our super wonderful black cat, Kilian. It's sad to think that people actually consider black cats bad luck, so many shelters are overpopulated with black cats because people think they're mean and suspicious. Trust me when I say, our little Kilian is the most cuddly cat I have had! He is so special, and the only suspicious thing about him is how much he hates his picture taken!! I literally followed him around on Friday to try to get a picture with him and he would not sit still! So the next time you're thinking of adopting a new kitty into your family, why not a black one?
Speaking of animals, we were able to help take care of our neighbor's pets while they were out of town. Cam is the silliest golden doodle and I loved enjoying our warm spring weather on walks with him! More reasons why I love where we live!
This week, I was able to meet with Brian and Season of Eye Heart World. I had so much fun with these two, and I can't wait to share more of this wonderful organization with you all!
I've reduced my hours with my 9-5 job to part-time so I can dedicate more days to my photography business. I can't explain to you how stoked I am about this step! I am so grateful to the families and couples that are making this possible! There are some exciting things happening in the future for Kyra Rane Photography and I have YOU to thank. Thank you for letting me live out my purpose and dreams.
Have a wonderful weekend!
