Lydia and Micah's story began in Crivitz, Wisconsin in the summer of 2013 when they met unbeknownst to them what their future held. They eventually started attending the same church in Green Bay and ended up serving on the worship team together, where their friendship and interest grew. They started dating in 2014
until Micah proposed to Lydia by taking her around town reminiscing on past dates. He took her to breakfast where they had watched Memorial Day fireworks together and where Micah first said, "I love you." They went to church and played Uno, they went to Chili's where they had had their first dinner date together and they went to Bay Beach where they often go to ride the Zippin' Pippin Roller Coaster. It ended at Heritage Hill where Micah got down on one knee in a picture-perfect white gazebo and asked Lydia to marry him. Lydia said YES.
Micah and Lydia's wedding day was one for the books. From Lydia's stunning gown to the most perfect farm hosting the celebrations, their wedding day felt like it came out of a Jane Austen novel! It was a gorgeous summer day as they said I do surrounded by dear family and friends. The whole time I was editing their wedding I found myself getting teary eyed remembering all the precious moments.
One of their favorite thing about each other is their humor. Which was so evident throughout their wedding day as they continued to make each other laugh and smile. Some of their favorite things to do together is spend time outdoors, play music an games, and discover new restaurants. I had so much fun at their wedding. Being able to witness their vows to each other and capture the way Micah twirled his bride as they danced their first dance as husband and wife to "God Must Have Spent a Little More Time on You."
What a day! Without further ado, let me introduce to you - Mr. + Mrs. Marshall!!
Thank you to all the vendors, family, church family, and friends who helped make Micah and Lydia's day so beautiful and one they will never forget!
