"You're beautiful!!" Nate said to Amanda after he saw his bride for the first time during their first look on their wedding day.
Back track to a year ago, when Nate took Amanda on a picnic at sunset and started quoting a love letter she had written him the previous Christmas. "Let's make this come true," he said to her as he got down on one knee surprising her with a ring and a question - "Will you marry me?"
And now, their big day has arrived. Amanda's parents gifted here with a set of pearls on her wedding day, and they were the perfect final touches to her attire. She looked absolutely stunning in her dress, and she would say so herself the best part was it had pockets! Amanda and Nate were going to Washington for their honeymoon, so being the youngest sister of brothers, their wedding gift to her was a backpacking pack to enjoy on all the upcoming adventures the two will go on together. How sweet is that!
Following the ceremony Amanda's girlfriends helped bustle her dress, and she swapped here heels for tennis shoes. It was time to celebrate! Toasts were shared by the father of the bride, the maid of honor, and the best man. Who all had the the bride and groom and guests entertained! There was dancing and beanbag toss for guests to enjoy all throughout the night.
It was a perfect day celebrating Nate and Amanda, and I had so much fun with them all! Nate's brother and best man was a past student of Amanda's who helped set them up. His toast said it best, "Although I was not good at physics, I was pretty good at discovering chemistry."
I couldn't agree more, Nate and Amanda are a great pair and I wish them all the best together!
