And we're LIVE!
My logo and website got a makeover, and I'm so thrilled to kick it off with a new weekly blog series - Under the Umbrella - where I'll share my latest happenings from the week with you all!
So what happened this week?:
Saturday consisted of one of my favorites things: thrifting. I found some great pieces to complete my Winter Capsule Wardrobe which I'll be sharing on the blog next week!
I spent Valentines Day with my love enjoying a yummy brunch at one of my favorite places in Appleton, Sap. It was a wonderful Sunday!
We recently adopted two kitties and we finally gave them names! Meet Kilian and Dobby. When they were rescued Kilian was found with a mouse trap on his paw and ended up needing to have a few of his toes removed. So when it came time to name him, we named him from one of our favorite characters on Once Upon A Time - Kilian Jones AKA Hook. See what we did there? ;) Dobby is named after the loyal house elf from the Harry Potter series, and is true to the character of being super goofy. He pretty much acts like a monkey who climbs on me all the time. We love them so much and love having them in our little family.
I finished editing pictures for a session I did with my talented sister and her husband, Story of Two. They recently moved to Nashville to pursue their music more, and I miss them so much already - road trip! :D
Lastly, the new website! I have been awaiting this reveal for quite some time and am SO thrilled to finally share it with you all! It has been a little over a year since I made this little hobby of mine into a business, and I am beyond grateful for the moments I have been able to capture and witness! I have worked with many wonderful couples and families. Throughout the year I have been learning so much about how to develop my style, define my brand, and pursue my purpose in this business. In reflection of that, I decided it was time to get myself a new logo and update the website! Fellow friend and artist, Teagan Sturmer of A Drop in the Water Artistry, designed my logo and boy do I love it! She did a fabulous job, and if you're looking to add a little spark to your business I highly recommend you give her a jingle!
Happy Friday everyone!
